This one I think is the coolest add-on for Internet Explorer. it supports both Internet explorer 6 and Internet Explorer 7. It incorporates the functionalities of a number of individual plug-ins available for different browsers like Firefox. The features includes:

2. The menu bar in IE 7 can be moved above the address bar and search bar can be hidden.
3. Maximum number of parallel conenction to web sever can be set.
4. Page source can be viewed in any choosen external program. Currently it can only be viewed in Notepad.
5. Superior ad-blocker, can block any kind of ads like flash, rich media, fly-ins etc.
6. Super Drag and Drop, helps to open a link by dragging and dropping it on a page.
7. Mouse Gesture allow the user to execute commonly performed tasks (open/close a tab, go back, go forward , print , scrolling page etc.) by drawing a simple symbol on the screen.
8. Crash Recovery automatically restores all opened pages after a crash happened.
9. Save Page to Image feature converts any HTML page into JPEG, BMP, GIF or TIFF format.
10. Quick Proxy Switcher helps in switching to different proxy server.
11. IE 7 Pro script is similar to GreaseMonkey script for Firefox. It lets you remix the web with the help of simple scripts.
