File Synchronization Tool - Synchronize Files and Folders Handily
For years, you have experienced days when you have to copy your files or documents which have been changed, and then paste them into the other disks for backup, or the home computer for continuing your unfinished works. This is really bad experience, for although it seems to be routine task, you have to repeat the monotonous and tedious works every day, every hour, even less. Generally, you are using different folders, drivers, and even different computers, such as a laptop and a desktop, to store and retrieve files. Normally, you manually manage files, dragging and dropping or copying and pasting from one place to another. Now, you may use file synchronization for keeping the up-to-date versions of the files the same on all your machines.
As well as your company, you and your colleagues need to share files for collaboration work. Your computer can connect to the company network, as well as your colleagues, so you can sign up for a shared file sync account, and select to synchronize the shared file stored in the network. When someone else on the network made changed to the same file, you can update your latest version of the files. By contraries, others also can update the latest version of the files once you make changes, too.
For most computer synchronization tasks there is a macro program named Macro Expert. It is one of the most powerful and flexible utility of its type, but it is also easy to use. The macro program features a function Synchronize Folders which allows you to synchronize folders, backup data, and copy/move files. There are three options available: Unbirdirection, which means file synchronization makes the latest version files in the source folder copy into destination folder automatically. Birdirection, which means file sync makes the latest version files in the source folder copy into destination folder automatically, and the latest version files in the destination folder copy into source folder too. Difference synchronization, which means file sync will remove unwanted files in the destination folder. All the files which do exist in destination folder but do not in the source folder will be removed.
You can think of file synchronization in any ways.. as a means of keeping your files update on all your machines, and as insurance for your data with external hard drive, and as keeping copied of the files you're working on with a flash memory drive, or as shared files for sharing with other. However, whatever your want to do with file synchronization, one thing is certain: you will get rid of your trouble by copying and pasting the important files again and again.
