What Is A DVD Shrink?

DVD Shrink enables you to copy a DVD very easily. Copying a DVD doesn’t get much simpler than this. Put the DVD into DVD-ROM or DVD burner. Choose either a Full Disk (1:1) copy or a main movie only. It’ll analyze DVD, encode video files, and finally burn a copy of the DVD to DVD±R media.
DVD Shrinks allow the user to select compression level for each video track separately to obtain the desired disc size, which is usually below 4.7GB. The software is capable of producing either an ISO image of the ripped DVD, or a VIDEO_TS folder for further processing, viewing or burning.
With DVD Shrink, you can reduce the size of the DVD in two ways. One is to remove content from the DVD eg. Remove extra features, and the other is to keep the entire original content, but reduce their quality and hence, file size.
