Firefox eliminates new bug

Less than a month after New Year Mozilla began eliminating vulnerability in Firefox, which could allow attackers to access data on the victim's computer. The problem was first reported by the researcher Gerry Eisenhaur, he published the sample code for Thunderbird, by means of which one can view the file with the settings of e-mail client. According to the researcher, the variations of the discovered vulnerability can increase the range of accessible information, for, through the vulnerability can download any JavaScript file from the victim`s computer. Currently, the vulnerability is not particularly dangerous, although it would be more dangerous if JavaScript files contained confidential information.
Mozilla has already fully investigated the latest vulnerability and appropriated it a low risk rating.
