Fresh UI 8.22: free optimization

The free program for configuring and optimizing Windows has been updated. Fresh UI allows implementing fine tuning of many standard Windows apps: Internet Explorer, Media Player, NetMeeting, Notepad, Outlook Express, Regedit, Task Scheduler, Windows Messenger and Explorer. The program will also help you to change system settings, in particular, relating to security, network; starting or shutting down your computer. The program lets you change various settings concerning the interface of Windows, such as menu "Start", Quick Launch toolbar, dialog boxes, desktop, etc.
This version adds parameters for managing wallpaper on the desktop.
