Google Lost Domain Name Claim

A Canadian company, which is behind the search engine called Groovle.com, has won the case, which was filed by the giant of inline search engines, Google. The mediators the National Arbitration Forum has disagreed on the claim of the Google, which stated that the domain name used by the small business, 207 Media was quite similar to its own name.
Google had asked the judge to urge 207 Media to transfer its domain name to it, but all the three judges, who were appointed by the forum, had refused the Google`s demand. They have said that the word ‘Groovle` was not similar enough to confuse people, but is was far more similar to the words like, groovy or groove. The entrepreneurs, who are being Groovle.com, have said that they have been operating this website for more than two and a half years and they have never got any kind of complaints from the side of Google.
This website has been powered by Google, but it claims to be the one, which helps the users to create customized internet homepage. The users can easily upload their own pictures and then can continue with the search the web, from that particular page.
