Kindle DX Of Amazon Gets The Global Wireless
24th January 2010
A latest version of the Kindle DX has been introduced by Amazon that comes with global wireless, which has made it possible for the people present in more than 100 of the countries to easily download the electronic books, magazines as well as the newspapers. The Kindle DX, which is having a screen of 9.7 inches diagonal and is black and white, is considered to be the largest electronic book reader by of Amazon. There have been shipments of six inch Kindle having the version of global wireless by the online retailer since the month of October during the year 2009. The latest Kindle DX is also available for the pre orders and has also been scheduled to begin shipping on the 19th of January. The cost of this device is 489 dollars.
The adding up of the global wireless is not of any surprise given how it enhances the customer base of Amazon to the countries that are outside of the United States. The new model of the Kindle DX is also about to be released by the retailer that is appearing to heat up the competition among the large screen e-reader makers, as opposed to those devices that have a display of six inches and are more common and typical.
