First mini laptop, which has the facility of the touchscreen, has been released by Hewlett Packard. This mini laptop allows the people for using two of their fingers when they are navigating through the applications as well as across the web. The Mini 5102 is one out of the three netbooks that have been introduced by HP and were launched a day before the opening of the show of International Consumer Electronics held in Las Vegas. Two of the other netbooks, one is Mini 210 and the other is Mini 2102, do not have the facility of the touchscreen, but just like the Mini 5102 touchscreen Mini laptop, they also have the latest Atom processor of Intel and they are also available with the Windows 7 operating system. All of these three netbooks have the screens that are of 10.1 inches and have weight less than 3 pounds. In the touchscreen Mini 5102 there is the feature of an optional handle which is attached for the easier carrying. It has also been designed more for the professional users as well as for the students.

This touchscreen allows the use of the multi touch finger taps, gestures and it also swipes across the screen for navigating through many of the applications, web sites and menus.
