Mobile mail service Mail on Ovi from Nokia

The company Nokia launched a beta version of a multilingual e-mail service Mail on Ovi. The service must be very popular among mobile subscribers. Mail on Ovi provides creating and using mail accounts straight on your cell-phone.
Nokia produces a lot of cellphones, 36 of them being based on the platform Series 40 and compatible with the new service of models, including such popular devices as Nokia 3600, Nokia 5130 XpressMusic, Nokia 6300i and Nokia 6600. The beta version of the new service so far supports 12 languages among them being English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Hindi, Bengali, Filipino, Indonesian and Malaysian.
Mail on Ovi provides 1 gigabyte of free space on the Nokia server. It also supports a system of anti-spam filters. In February Nokia plans to launch a Web-based version of the service, accessible from a PC.
Nokia aims to create mobile mail service and rapid exchange of messages such widespread and easy to use as SMS.
