Monolith fears bad addons for F.E.A.R.

As you know, the addons of Extraction Point and Perseus Mandate for the outstanding shooter FEAR gathered poor reviews from fans and critics. PS3 and Xbox 360 versions also leave much to be desired, especially compared to the original PC version of the game.
In their recent interview Monolith leaders expressed fear that third-party attempts to expand the project only feared off potential customers from him. In particular, the studio TimeGate put the plot completely in the wrong direction. Universes of Extraction Point and Perseus Mandate exist as if parallel to the sequel story. The main theme of FEAR 2 is still the story of the girl named Alma.
