Net Transport 2.53: downloading files from the Net
9th January 2008
A new version of the popular program to download files from Internet has been released. This program supports protocols HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, MMS (Microsoft Media Services), and RTSP (Real-Time Streaming Protocol), and allows working with Bittorrent. Like most modern download managers, Net Transport can split a downloadable file into separate parts, which increases the speed of data transmission from the server. The program also includes a FTP-client called FTP Transport.
The latest version fixes bugs related to downloading from BitTorrent.
