Network Issues Were Disclosed With The Iphone Problems In London

The English users of the iPhone have some message for the users of iPhone in America that they are not alone. O2, the mobile phone operator of the United Kingdom has the marketing rights of exclusive nature to the iPhone of Apple. The company had been applogizing many of its customers for the problems in the service. The users of the iPhone in the United Kingdom have also been suffering a lot from much of the similar problems to the ones that were faced by the users of the iPhone in the United States. The problems are related to the dropping of the calls as well as some of the other serious sort of the reception problems.
Ronan Dunne, who is the chief executive of the O2, has apologized in an interview with the Financial Times about the shortcomings regarding the services. He said that where we had not been able to meet up the high standards of our own, then there remains no question about that and we are sorry about it and therefore apologize to the customers for this problem. It was further said by Dunne that but it would not be right to say that O2 could not provide its customers with the required facilities.
