Paint.NET. 3.22: images editing

A new version of the free program to work with images Paint.NET has come out. It has been developed at the University of Washington to replace the program of MS Paint program. In comparison to the latter, the program has a great number of advantages, in particular, work with layers, the possibility of creating a variety of effects, etc...
The latest version adds the effect of reducing noise, corrects errors with the effect of Unfocus, Brightness / Contrast tool. In addition, if there is no image opened in the program, you can close it by means of keys combination of Ctrl + W.
