Photo Frames PRO 3.95: creating frameworks

The new version of the program for processing images by means of frameworks. Photo Frames PRO offers about 150 different frames templates. They include frames of all possible textures and sizes.
The program can resize images, crop them, adjust brightness, contrast and color balance, as well as impose different filters, such as, sepia, negation, etc.... The results of your work in Photo Frames PRO can be saved in various formats, including BMP, JPEG, GIF, ICO, WMF, EMF, PNG. The program also supports printing. The latest version adds new frameworks, improves an algorithm of creating realistic frameworks. Fixed errors.
