PhotoDEKOR: creative images editing

This program is meant to impose stylish frames, create a greeting card or collage, in a word, it can edit images and impose various effects on them.
The program includes all needed functions for processing digital photos: automatic editing, creating special effects, framing, adding decorations and inscriptions. The toolset includes about 300 design variants in a standard edition and more than a 1000 in the full version.
PhotoDEKOR has quite a nice user-friendly interface. Mastering the program will take you less than minutes.
