RivaTuner: updated program for video cards setting

The utility of RivaTuner has been updated. It is a utility for configuring video cards, from the developer Alexei Nickolaychiuk (known ubder the nick of Unwinder).
The program is the best tool of this kind. It combines ease of use in terms of the graphical shell as well as the power of hidden settings that are available through the section, similar, in a way, to the Windows registry editor. The product supports almost all modern video cards of nVIDIA and ATI (AMD). The new release adds support of the latest drivers, better interaction with the latest available graphics cards, as well as many other useful features.
