A new version of the program to optimize printing O&K Print Watch 4.3 has come out.
O&K Print Watch solves the primary problem of the standard Windows Print Manager: this product really feels the right number of printed pages and keeps detailed statistics of the printer, which allows to held audit of printing and determine the value of each printed copy. For example, O&K Print Watch correctly determines the number of pages that are sent by Windows 95.98 to network printers. Or an application does not use EMF format for the forming the task for printing - in this case, the program correctly identifies the number of pages as well.
It is also possible to completely prevent any user to print on any printer or allow him only to place the print task in the queue, to be further printed only with the permission of the administrator.
You can assign the value of a printed page individually for each printer, on the basis of the printing regime and paper size.
Numerous reports presented both in the form of tables and graphs will enable you to undertake a detailed review of the use of your printers.
