VideoCharge 3.12.1.1: multifunctional converter

A new utility for creating video galleries, cutting and patching video files and converting them from one format to another has come out. The program can cut video and audio files to equal parts, process them through filters, and has its own FTP client to upload files.
Some features of the program:
Support of multiple video formats, including Mpeg1, ASF, WMV, WMA;
Working with audio in RIFF format;
The possibility of cutting not only the whole file, but also its selected parts;
