Vista Codec Package 5.0.6: codecs pack

The new version of the package called Vista Codec Package. This product is slightly different from general concepts. It contains a core set of decoders for playing major video and audio formats. However, it has no player, thus, a user can choose it himself.
The program can play streaming video through existing system of browsers and other tools supporting DirectShow. The product also provides an opportunity of integration into the Windows distribution, which gives full support of multi-media straight out of the box after installing the OS.
There are two options available for different 6 and x64 architectures of Windows Vista. The latter implies a separate installer of additional components. In addition, now you can separately get components of the official QuickTime player.
