7-Zip 4.65: free open source archiver

A new stable version of the popular home archiver 7-Zip. The program uses its own algorithm for packing in the 7Z format with high compression level. In addition, it supports ZIP, GZIP, BZIP2, TAR, and extract from ZIP, CAB, RAR, ARJ, LZH, GZIP, BZIP2, Z, TAR, CPIO, RPM, DEB. The file manager can not boast great functionality and usability, but is provides integration into contextual menus, so that packing and extraction do not require a large number of manipulations.
The program is free. Its algorithm is also ised in other archivers, like PowerArchiver and TUGZip. 7-Zip, perhaps, is the only program of the kind, supporting a huge number of languages, even rare ones.
