Active WebCam 11.4: use your camera its fullest

A new version of Active WebCam, which helps to use your web camera its fullest. The program could organize broadcasts through a camera, turning your own computer into a HTTP-server, uploading data to a FTP-server, or permitting remote connection to your PC. In addition, registered users of the program can send data from the camera to the web server of Active WebCam. You can also apply captions to broadcasted video.
The latest version fixes bugs and adds some new options.
