ART Frames 2.91: framing pictures

A new version of a simple program designed to frame photos has come out. Through ART Frames you can create frameworks of different types, using more than one hundred templates available, as well as flexible parameters such as frame`s thickness, image`s distance, background color, the characteristics of the internal circuit. Any combination of these parameters can be saved as a template for your own future use. The program supports all major formats: BMP, JPEG, GIF, ICO, WMF, EMF, PNG, TIFF. Using it, you can perform basic operations, which relate to correction of images: adjusting of brightness, contrast, color; resizing and cropping photos. In addition, there are special effects, such as turning negative, adding “noise”.
The latest version adds three new frameworks type, adds support of TIFF format, updates collection of frames` materials.
