We cannot say anything maybe these are rumors but AT&T has to do something for making their networks stronger and strengthen than ever. They already is having many complaints from their users due to providing poor services and weak network especially in Metropolitan regions like New York and San Francisco, where people are crazy to use mobile phones due to certain business requirements. Several interviews have been taken from the president of AT&T, who revealed that they have spent $2 million in order to expand their network.
AT&T should certainly do something to enhance their networks as iphone applications are quite heavy and you can judge well about the applications of Ipad. But company is very much excited about the launch of iPad and they are introducing many services to run this device faster beyond the expectations of users. As they are offering 3G wireless networks so they have expanded 3G coverage in more than 360 markets, in addition with, 1900 call sites. They have also increased 850MHZ 3G through which range and signals of 3G would be improved. For iPad, they are enhancing speed of 3G networks and also beefing up their WiFi capacities.
