Beta-resting of Quake Live

The official blog of Wired published excellent news for all fans of Quake. Open beta testing of the browser shooter Quake Live began on February, 24, 2009. The new logo also appeared on the official site of the project.
The company id Software is going to make Quake Live absolutely free. This is a specific version of Quake 3 Arena, based on the Quake 3 engine.
