BitComet 1.09: updated Bittorrent client

The popular client to work with Bittorrent has been updated. The program supports simultaneous downloading a queue of files, rapid recovery, installing priority for each assignment. Besides it offers such expanded opportunities as chat, speed limit, filtering by IP-address, support of proxy, previewing downloaded files, support of DHT Network, shutting down the computer after fulfilling the task. The program can work under any connection and provides automatic optimization for obtaining best speed.
The current version improves work with filters; adds new commands allowing you to flexibly manage downloading.
