China-Google War Lead To US Companies In Danger

US major companies, which were dealing with China, are facing many difficulties nowadays. Rules and regulations are going to be tougher than before due to having war between Google and China. Google has warned China that it can kick China off after terrible attempt of hacking and censorship by the Chinese attackers. Difficult situation has been made for the US companies, which have won property contracts from China. They are asking from China to be more predictable about their plans so that they can feel secure and protective environment. According to the US commerce, China should be committed to what they have in their law because their rude and tougher attitude can invite many dangers.

Against with the arguments of US commerce, China said that it`s impossible to create new laws and regulations for the foreign countries in order to win their contracts. He pressured on foreign companies to modify their global management model for the purpose of moving their ownerships from their companies to Chinese subsidiaries instead of just licensing their rights. All these statements have been made by Xiang Wang, who has said more that China has very strong position and tougher regulations can be built for US foreign companies.
