Harmonix want to make sequel of Amplitude

The company Harmonix became famous and made its fortune out of Guitar Her and Rock Band. But even earlier it released the game of Amplitude, where they trained their tricks with music gameplay.
Recently, an executive director of the company, Alex Rigopulos, stated that he would like to release a sequel of this game for PS3.
However, there are some difficulties: it is Sony that owns rights on the project at the moment. Anyway, Harmonix leader is free to dream however much he wants. He says he has particular love of this project. He did not stated any real facts - all we have is just his dreams and great hopes.
