January best-sellers

Voodoo Extreme referring to the data of NPD has published a list of the ten best-selling video games in the United States in January 2008. There were no surprises: the first place was given to the Xbox 360-version of Call of Duty 4. It seems that all Americans conspired to make this project the most successful in the series, guaranteeing Activision considerable profit. Actually, the Chart is full of projects for the platforms from Microsoft and Wii. There are no games for PS 3 so far, but the situation seems to be changed soon.
Best-selling games in the United States for January 2008:

2. WII PLAY (NINTENDO OF AMERICA);
3. GUITAR HERO III: LEGENDS OF ROCK (ACTIVISION);

6. SUPER MARIO GALAXY (NINTENDO OF AMERICA);
