Microsoftâ€™s partners began selling Visual Studio 2008 Microsoft has announced that its partners can begin selling the new version of the popular product for developers, Visual Studio 2008. This program is now available through the retail networks.
The product can be purchased via licensing agreements: Open, Select, Enterprise Agreement (EA), Full Packaged Product (FPP).
Visual Studio 2008 will offer the developers such new features as: LINQ, Visual Studio Tools for Office (VSTO). NET 3.5.
The official presentation of Visual Studio 2008 will take place in February at the event of â€œHeroâ€™s Happen Hereâ€ in Los Angeles. Visual Studio 2008 was available to developers already in November 2007 through MSDN subscription. You can also download a free trial version of 90-days.
