Microsoft closes creator of Age of Empires

Ensemble Studios closes down. That`s not breaking news, of course. Still, we feel the same sad about that. We`d like to remind you, that this very company gave us the gorgeous series Age of Empires. Alas, this fact did not prevent Microsoft from closing the studio.
Bruce Shelly, a head of Ensemble Studios, wrote in his personal blog that he is immensely grateful to fans for their support, and for they bought legally licensed copies of the games.
The latest child of Ensemble Studios will be Halo Wars. It is a new strategy based on the well-known universe for Xbox 360.
