Microsoft does not recommend using vLite.

Many Vista users have already managed to appreciate the convenience of a small utility vLite, which gives you an opportunity to create your own distribution system, deleting every unnecessary thing.
After last week vLite came in view to the major news sites, Microsoft has given its comment on this program.
In their letter to News.com portal, the representatives of the corporation reported that, "Microsoft does not recommend using any of tools that delete applications in Windows Vista before its installation, as this could affect the following updates, and also the stability of the system performance."
