NetBalancer: taking network traffic under control
2nd February 2009
The company SeriousBit released the package of NetBalancer, which allows you to set priorities and limits on outgoing and incoming traffic for any network application in the system.
For example, you can set high priority for the incoming e-mail and browser, and limit transmitting speed for outgoing mail. NetBalancer supports three types of priority: high, normal and low; and also three types of blocking: full blocking, no blocking and limited one.
For each process displayed in the program`s window you can set different restrictions on outgoing and incoming traffic.
Information on data transmission loading channels for the last 15 seconds is displayed as a graphics on the program icon.
The program`s license costs $26.95
