New version of SurF

A new version of SurF 0.64 has been released.
It is a light and simple file manager with bookmarks for simultaneous work with multiple directories. The manager is convenient for managing both keyboard, and the mouse.
Special features include a backlight of newly created or changed files, dynamic analysis of file-occupied disk space.
1. Improved performance and reliability of viewing images.
2. Added the special Windows Vista manifesto to prevent SurF virtualization.
3. Now it is possible to save all SurF settings to a file and download all settings from the file.
4. Fixed viewing images of emf and wmf files, which ceased to work in version 0.63.
