PECompact 2.98: good solution for developers

Update of the popular program for software developers. It allows you to compress information, code, thus, making executive files much smaller. This program uses its own method of compression, providing high speed and good level of compression. PECompact allows you to create backup copies of files, which eliminates the possibility of data loss in case of error.
The latest version has updated module, new plugins, changed .EAD.Loader.
