Photo Frames 3.81: frames of all kinds

A new version of the program for photo processing and framing. The program provides the opportunity to perform operations such as image resizing, cropping, adjustment of brightness, contrast and color balance, but the main function is still framing. Photo Frames offers about 70 different templates of frameworks of various shape and style. There are also vector fames, the main advantage of which is compatibility with images of any size. The results of the work in the program can be viewed in the full-screen mode, saved in a variety of formats and printed.
The latest version offers adding shadow to masks, adds a new kind of frameworks, highlighting, expands collection of old frameworks, adds new masks.
