Skype 4: updating the popular program

The 4th version of Skype has come out. Besides the possibility to make free calls to other users of Skype, the program also offers additional services: sending SMS to mobile phones, performing calls to the city and mobile telephones; a personal number to receive calls from city and mobile phones, voice mail, and many other small but pleasant things.
