SmartFTP 2.5.1008: convenient FTP client

A new version of a multifunctional and easy FTP client has been released. Its feature is the support of FXP standard. Due to this, the limit of the carrying capacity of their own Internet connection does not affect end-users who want to copy files from one FTP server to another. There is no need to download a file, in order to put it then to another FTP server. Thus, the time of file transference depends only on the speed of the connection between two remote FTP servers, which, in most cases, certainly higher then that of â€œthe userâ€.
Among other features of the program we can note the work with the command line, the support of a secure connection (TLS/SSL), the support for IPv6 protocol, the capability to connect to several servers simultaneously, the turn of downloads and an unlimited number of simultaneous streams, the support for UTF-8 and international domain names, a tool for backup copy, a module for tracking the updates on determined references.
In the latest version they improved the performance of the queue of file downloads.
