They released an update (Hotfix 2009.01.19) for 3ds Max 2009 and Design 2009. It improves the feature of network visualization for some scenes, improves memory management in performing undoing operations. The update also corrects errors in the work of the module Backburner.
Hotfix 2009.01.19 includes all updates released for 3ds Max 2009 before, including Service Pack 1. Size: 13 MB
