UsefulRest 2.7a: rest from the computer

A new version of the program UsefulRest has been released, the main purpose of which is to make the computer user turn away the monitor screen at least for the time being. The program has flexible configurations, using which you can determine the frequency and duration of breakes in the work, set the maximum number of hours meant for every day work. The program can notice you of the coming break, and also delay the break for a specified number of minutes as the user wishes. There are several levels of safety, which determine the extent of strictness with which the program will monitor the observance of its recommendations. For example, if children work on a computer, you can ser the highest level of safety.
The latest version corrects some bugs.
