Another version of a small program called Video Thumbnails Maker. It makes small screenshots of almost any video files to further preview them, provided that these files have compatible decoders.
The app`s setting include batch screenshots making, framing, watermarking, frameworks, shadows, alpha channels, adding information about the video, transparency adjusting, etc…
