AKVIS ArtSuite 3.0: pics decorating

A new version of the program for processing photos AKVIS ArtSuite (previously called Frame Suite) has come out. It can operate as an independent application, as well as a plug-in for Photoshop and the compatible programs. AKVIS ArtSuite offers a huge collection of effects for images. The program has many different types of ready-made frames. The program also has means to create different effects of edges decoration.
Starting with this release, the program includes not only frameworks and “edge” effects, but also the artistic effects to change the entire surface of the image. ArtSuite 3.0 introduces some new effects as well.
In addition, there is the mode of autorun added.
