Aliens: Colonial Marines: new command shooter

The network has recently posted several screenshots of the game Aliens: Colonial Marines. This command shooter is being developed jointly by Gearbox Software and Sega. The main platforms for the product presumably are the following: Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. It is anticipated that the release will be held at the end of 2008.
Aliens: Colonial Marines turned out to be originally intended for release under PlayStation 2 in fall 2001, but for unknown reasons, the draft was abolished by Fox Interactive and Electronic Arts.
According to the plot, a team of military specialists is going to save lost explorers. The story of the project was written by the script writers created the Battlestar Galactica television series.
