ArtCursors 5.17: creating cursors

Another version of the program to work with cursors. Using ArtCursors, you can create and edit cursors, import and export them, and also manage cursors libraries.
By means of this application, you can create animated and static cursors with a color depth of up to 16 million colors. ArtCursors also have different tools for painting.
The latest version fixes some bugs with ICO files.
