Artweaver 0.4.5 - a free alternative to Corel Painter

A new version of Artweaver has been released, a painting and drawing freeware. The program is similar to Corel Painter in its early versions and has many tools that make it possible to simulate natural brush tools, chalk, pencil, charcoal, etc. The program supports layers and most popular formats of TIFF, TGA, JPEG, GIF, BMP, PNG. You can draw either with the help of a mouse, or graphic pad. The latest version has advanced features of cloning, new brushes are added, possibility to import ABR brushes, new functions work with layers are added, filter for transforming images into shades of gray and also the command of cutting the extract. In addition, a tool for working with the text was improved (a separate editor appeared), some filters have opportunity of previewing and ranging.
