CCleaner 2.17: cleaning your system

The tool is designed for cleaning the system of various trash, such as cookies, history of visited sites, temporary files (including those left by browsers and the programs of eMule, Google Toolbar, Office, Kazaa, Nero, Adobe Acrobat , WinRAR, Real Player and some others), as well as ActiveX-elements.
In addition, CCleaner supports cleaning the registry of records on unused extensions, libraries, deleted programs, etc. Since version 1.27, the program offers the option of data removing without the possibility of their restoring (DoD 5220.22-M, NSA).
Nevertheless, the program still has its flaws, especially compared to some commercial analogs. Anyway, here we can see quite a good price/quality ratio.
