Chameleon 2: hiding “bad” apps from your desktop
27th March 2009
Chameleon 2 is the very program needed by ordinary office clerks so badly, for it allows them to hide every prohibited, but so lovely application from their boss, colleges and just anyone.
The program hides all prohibited apps from the screen by means of one click or hot keys. Chameleon can also group applications. At clicking on the icon in the system tray you call a list of all active apps and add any of them to the secret group. Another useful feature of the program is an opportunity to adjust the level of transparency for secret windows.
The developers state that the program supports popular browsers (Opera, Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome), instant messengers (Windows Live Messendger and Skype) and a number of other wide-spread programs.
Chameleon runs under Windows (32-bit).
