Fresh UI 8.26: free Win optimizing

Update for the free program meant to configure and optimize Windows OS. Fresh UI suggests fine tuning of many standard Windows apps, such as Internet Explorer, Media Player, NetMeeting, Notepad, Outlook Express, Regedit, Task Scheduler, Windows Messenger, Explorer, etc....
You are absolutely free to modify the system settings, in particular those relating to security, network. The program allows changing various parameters that affect Windows interface (Start menu, Quick Launch toolbar, dialog boxes).
The latest version adds additional options to customize colors of the system interface.
