Google made two great purchases

Last Friday, Google announced two great purchases â€“ the internet giant bought Californian company AdScape Media and rights to Trendalyzer service. Costs of both transactions are not disclosed. The tool for visualization of statistics data Trendalyzer was purchased from the Swedish non-profit organization Gapminder. The technology allows to convert a wide range of statistical information into the form of animated diagrams. As part of the agreement Trendalyzer developers will come under the rule of Google, and will develop the technology together. All the details of the bargain will be announced a little later. The fact that Google is going to buy the company Adscape Media, which specializes in advertising in muti-users online games, was reported a month ago. Then it was suggested by sources, aware of the plans of the company, that Google will pay not less than $23 million for it. Analysts believe that the transaction will accelerate the development of the emerging market for advertising in games, the total turnover of which in the coming years could reach $605 million. At the same time, this transaction will give Adscape very good opportunities, taking into account Googleâ€™s massive base of advertisers, and, in general, for the search giant this bargain will be less important than for the market as a whole. It is not known yet, if the company will integrate Adscape's video advertising in its own advertising platform.
