Mass Effect will be ported under PC

It became officially known that the company BioWare ports Mass Effect under PC, in cooperation with studio Demiurge Studios. It should be recalled that Mass Effect was originally released under Xbox 360 at the end of last year. The game is coming out under PC only in May 2008.
The major differences of the project from the Xbox 360-version include re-worked user interface, improved gameplay (especially the fighting system), completely elaborated equipment, hot keys, absolutely fresh mini-game. Considerable attention has also been paid to graphics and optimization: higher resolution will not prevent the game from going smoothly under powerful machines.
