Notepad ++: decent alternative to Windows Notepad

Notepad + + is an alternative editor to the standard Notepad utility, which is a part of Windows. This program can be used by programmers to edit code, or all those who need a good word processor. Among the features of the program is highlighting syntax, support of a large number of languages (C, C + +, Java, XML, HTML, PHP, Java Script, ASCII, VB / VBS, SQL, CSS, Pascal, Perl, and Python), multi-language support, work with several documents, search for expression in the text, etc.
The latest version updates Scintilla 1.75, improves work with hot keys, adds the ability to create tabs in several lines, enhances work with scrolling, adds conversion of utf8-ansi / ansi-utf8, improves an option of automatic filling in when typing, corrects mistakes.
